DIY Christmas Ornaments
I’ve been looking for something for the last few years and this year I finally found one.
1/2 cup corn starch
1 cup baking soda
3/4 cup water
Put it all in a pot over medium-high heat. Mix continuously until a dough forms. When all of the water is absorbed, put it onto a cutting board and use a spatula to squish it into dough.
Wrap it in Saran Wrap and let it sit about 10 minutes to cool.
Then you can roll it out on parchment paper and make your ornaments!
Don’t forget a straw to make a hole if you want to hang them.
Put on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 170° for an hour to an hour and a half.
Flip and repeat to get rid of moisture.
When they’re done and cooled you can paint them or leave them as is. I painted this one and sealed it with Mod Podge.
